The voice of the future is sharp as a wire with the knowledge that a slip from the past can spiral the future into its current chaos.
Both Alice and the voice from the future are putting everything on the line to save what they hold dear...even if it means sacrificing parts of themselves. The manner in which Dunn placed readers in Alice's first person narrative was absolutely gripping where the twists and turns put readers on a thrilling rollercoaster.
